operation. "Best Practice" employees known as Subject Matter Experts
(SMEs) are documenting The Partridge Inn's "best Practices" that have
accumulated over 100 years within the South's Grand Hotel.

Matter Expert (SME) employees that represent various areas of the hotel operations include
Food and Beverage, guest relations, housekeeping, guest services, security,
administration, front desk operations and transportation are featured documenting their
"Best Practices" for their co-workers and generations of new employees to
follow. The PATS process ensures that The Partridge Inn will maintain their
historical service standards for guests and that their legendary service will be followed
by all future generations of employees.
